Welcome to Bochka

Bochka is the first project of Andrey Dellos. The restaurant was set up in 1996 and it immediately conquered every guest’s heart with finger-licking good food and cosy atmosphere.

In December 2010 Andrey Dellos reopened Bochka in a brand-new format.

The interior has undergone a stylish makeover: the medieval tavern image gave way to contemporary eclecticism so that the restaurant looks more spacious now.

Andrey Dellos based the design project on a classic French chalet supplementing it with miscellaneous bric-a-brac, such as Venetian mirrors, antique chandeliers, and stained glass windows. 

There is also the fireplace with burning logs in the main hall.

Menu

Meat plays the first fiddle in Bochka cuisine, especially being prepared on hot stones and Josper Grill.  Since the opening day the bull-calf on the spit has gained long-term success with our customers. Now, as before, it is grilled in the middle of the main hall each Friday evening.

In general, the restaurant retained the Russian cuisine concept with a little difference – a touch of some European dishes on the menu and a more subtle presentation.

Our selection of dishes is continuously changing: every now and again the head chef, Igor Bednyakov, adds new items to the incontestable menu hits.
